The intake valve is the valve that controls the intake of air, it has two functions:
1. Control the opening and closing of the air intake channel;
2. Control air intake.
The intake control valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve, piston, cylinder, spring, sealing ring, etc. The side is equipped with a control block and a control solenoid valve, which integrates on-off adjustment, load reduction, silencer, pressure reduction, parking, venting and other functions.
When reducing load, a small amount of gas is released through the small hole on the valve to balance the air intake volume of the small hole in the air intake control valve, maintain the pressure in the separation oil tank at 0.2-0.3MPa, and maintain the normal oil circulation of the air compressor.
The opening and closing actions of the intake control valve are automatically controlled by the pressure sensor and solenoid valve of the regulating system. Whether the opening and closing action of the air inlet control valve is flexible is crucial to the reliability of the screwdriver.
