The excavator air conditioning system mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Compressor: A device that converts low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas. It is the core of the air conditioning system.
2. Condenser: Cools the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor through the heat sink and converts it into a high-pressure liquid state.
3. Filter dryer: absorbs moisture and impurities in the refrigerant to ensure normal operation of the system.
4. Expansion valve: Automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow according to the actual required cooling capacity, maintains a balance between the internal and external pressures of the system, and keeps the refrigerant in the evaporator in an appropriate evaporation state.
5. Evaporator: By absorbing heat from the surrounding air, the refrigerant liquid is converted into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas state to achieve refrigeration.
6. Blower: By adjusting the air volume, the cold air is blown into the cockpit to improve the driver's working comfort.
7. Control system: used to control the operating status of the air conditioning system, including temperature adjustment, air volume, etc.
8. Refrigerants: Environmentally friendly refrigerants that are widely used in automobiles, air conditioners and other fields, including R134a, R407c, etc. These refrigerants have the advantages of low toxicity and non-flammability.
