The excavator cab is equipped with an air filtration system that can filter dust and dust particles entering the cab. This filter should be kept clean. So, how to clean the air conditioner outer filter?
1. Turn the knob (1) at the rear of the cab to open the cover.
2. Remove the filter and check for damage.
3. Use compressed air to clean the filter. If the filter is still dirty, replace it with a new one.
1. If the excavator operates in a dusty environment, it should be cleaned and replaced more frequently. If the filter is damaged, replace it with a new one.
2. All maintenance and inspection operations related to the air conditioning system should be performed with the start switch turned off.
3. If compressed air is used to clean the filter, wear appropriate protective goggles.
1. Press the upper and lower parts of the filter handle on the left rear side of the cab, pull up the knob, and remove the filter.
2. Use compressed air to clean the filter. If the filter is damaged, replace it with a new one.

2. Loosen the wing nut and remove the dust filter in front of the oil cooler and intercooler.
3. Use compressed air, steam or water to clean the outside of the radiator, oil cooler and intercooler. Clean from the outside of the engine components working inward and then from the inside of the engine components outward to remove all dirt and debris.
4. Use compressed air, steam or water to clean the air conditioner compressor core
