Steps to adjust bucket clearance of excavator:
1) First park the device on a solid and flat ground
2) The left inner end of the bucket is in close contact with the left end face of the stick
3) Turn off the engine and pull the safety lock lever to the "locked position"
4) Unscrew the 6 bolts [5], washers [4], and remove the pressure plate [6]
5) Push the compression sleeve [2] to the left and the right end of the bucket rod [8]
6) According to the gap A”, remove the excess adjustment pad [3] until the outermost adjustment pad is flush with the right end surface of the compression sleeve [2]
7) Reinstall the pressure plate [6], washer [4], and bolt [5] according to the positioning pin [7], and the adjustment is completed
