1.Wear and tear
After the excavator is used for a long time, the belt is prone to making noise due to wear. If the wear of the belt is too high, it will cause the belt to slide unstablely during operation and produce noise.
2.Aging
The excavator belt has been used for a long time and is often exposed to the external environment. It is easily affected by natural factors such as sunlight, rain and snow, which causes the belt to age and produce noise.
3. The skeleton is loose
After the excavator has been used for a long time, the frame fixing screws are easy to loosen due to long-term vibration, causing the belt to loosen and produce noise.
1.Change new belts
If the excavator belt is severely worn and cannot work properly, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
2.Adjust the belt tightness
If the tightness of the excavator belt is not appropriate, it will easily cause noise. The belt tightness can be adjusted appropriately to achieve a proper tightening state.
3.Fix the frame screws
If the cause of the excavator belt noise is a loose frame, the screws need to be re-fixed to enhance the stability of the frame.
4. Lubricate the pulley
The friction of the belt in the pulley groove produces noise. You can apply lubricating grease and a certain amount of lubricant in the pulley groove to reduce friction and reduce noise.
5.Install shock absorbing spacers
If the belt noise is caused by the tires, you can also install shock-absorbing gaskets to slow down the strong vibrations generated by the excavator and reduce the belt noise.
