The power unit, main part of the transmission device, slewing mechanism, auxiliary equipment and cab of a commonly used full-rotation hydraulic excavator are all installed on a rotatable platform, usually called the upper turntable. Therefore, the single-bucket hydraulic excavator can be summarized as consisting of three parts: the upper rotary body, the traveling mechanism, and the working device as shown in the figure.
1.Chassis
The chassis is the traveling device, including the crawler frame and traveling mechanism. It is mainly composed of the crawler frame, traveling motor + reducer and its pipeline, driving wheel, guide wheel, supporting sprocket, roller, crawler track, and tensioning buffer device. 2. Platform
The platform is the main load-bearing structural component of the boarding part:
Hydraulic oil tank, fuel tank, tool box
Radiator, engine assembly, main pump
Main control valve, rotary motor reducer
Cab
3.Working equipment
The working device is the main component of a hydraulic excavator. Currently, XG series excavators are equipped with a backhoe working device. It is mainly used to excavate soil below the stopping surface, but it can also excavate soil below the maximum cutting height.
