Excavator plunger rod replacement guide

1. Disassemble the excavator plunger: Disassemble the excavator plunger, remove the plunger, then unscrew the plunger bolt, and remove the plunger from the excavator.

2. Clean the plunger: Put the plunger into the cleaning tank and clean the plunger with cleaning fluid to remove oil and dust on the surface of the plunger to ensure the cleanliness of the plunger.

3. Install the new plunger: Put the new plunger into the excavator, adjust the position of the plunger, fix the plunger with bolts, and then tighten the bolts by hand to ensure the stability of the plunger.
