How to disassemble and assemble the magnetic switch of the excavator starter motor?

1. Disconnect the power supply: Before performing any disassembly work, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the excavator to ensure safety.

2. Position the starter motor clutch: Find the position of the starter motor clutch according to the structure and layout of the excavator.

3. Disassemble the connecting cable: Check the connecting cable on the starter motor clutch. There are power cables and control cables. Unplug the power cable and control cable first to ensure that they are disconnected from the power supply and control system.

4. Remove the fixing bolts: Use appropriate tools (such as a wrench or wrench socket) to remove the bolts that fix the starter motor clutch. These bolts are located around the starter motor clutch and are used to secure it to the excavator.

5. Disassemble the clutch body: After removing the bolts, you can gently remove the starter motor clutch from the excavator.

6. Installation: Follow the disassembly steps in reverse order to assemble.
