(1) The Al-Sn eutectic is over-fired and tin is added to form an Al-Sn eutectic containing 99.5% tin. Its melting point is 229°C. When the workpiece is heated to 515°C, the Al-Sn eutectic is overburned and remelted pellets are formed during quenching and cooling. In the process of forming remelted pellets, on the one hand, the grain boundaries are oxidized, which reduces the strength of the grains. On the other hand, many microscopic voids are generated, which increases the energy of the grain interface and reduces the strength of the metal, making it easy to pass through during use. Early failure.
(2) The process production time is long, up to 16 hours, with low production efficiency and high energy consumption.
Because graphite has many excellent properties, it is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, electrical, chemical, textile, national defense and other industrial sectors. Can be used as refractory material. Graphite products maintain the original chemical properties of flake graphite and have strong self-lubricating properties. The characteristics of graphite powder are high acid resistance, high temperature resistance of 3000°C and low temperature resistance of -204°C. At the same time, its compressive strength is greater than 800kg/cm2, and it is deformed. It loses 1% in weight in air at 450°C and has a rebound rate of 1%. 15-50% density 1.1-1.5. Therefore, graphite products are now widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, aerospace, electronics, etc.
