The excavator multi-valve circuit is a key component of the excavator hydraulic system. Its function is to control the flow direction and pressure of hydraulic oil to achieve coordination and precise control of various excavator actions. The working valve pieces are configured in groups, and the inlet valve block has a built-in three-way pressure compensation bypass relief valve (logic element. At this time, the negative feedback effect of the valve core automatically adjusts the pressure difference at both ends of the throttle valve port to keep it basically unchanged. Under its action, the flow rate of each valve remains constant and is not affected by load changes.
2. Safety relief valve: usually used for limit protection of working mechanisms, such as luffing cylinders

Proportional pressure reducing valve: Located on the opposite side of the working valve plate hand lever, it is a direct-acting proportional pressure reducing valve that drives the slide valve to achieve proportional reversal. Note: the proportional reversing of the direct-acting proportional pressure reducing valve is compared with the manual one. Proportional commutation and micro-movement performance are not good. If used in applications with high flow control accuracy, a working valve plate configured with proportional servo drive should be used.
