1. Park the machine on flat ground.
2. Lower the bucket to the ground.
3. Turn off the automatic idle switch.
IMPORTANT: If the engine shutdown procedure is incorrect, the turbocharger may be damaged1
4. Run the engine with no load for 5 minutes at low no-load speed.
5. Turn off the engine. Remove the key from the key switch.
6. Pull the pilot control switch lever to the locked position.
Note: The hydraulic oil tank is under pressure. You must open the key to the oil tank cover, slowly unscrew the oil tank cover, and after releasing the pressure, open the cover carefully!
7. Open the fuel tank cap key, slowly unscrew the fuel tank cap, and release the pressure.
8. Loosen the hydraulic oil return filter box cover.
[Note] There is spring tension at the bottom of the box cover. When removing the last two bolts, the box cover must be pressed.
9. When removing the last two bolts, overcome the light spring load
Press and hold the filter cover. Open the filter cover.
10. Remove the spring and filter. Remove the filter and check whether there are metal particles and debris at the bottom of the filter tank. Excessive bronze and steel particles indicate that the hydraulic pump, motor, and valve are damaged or will be damaged. Rubber debris is Indicates that the hydraulic cylinder seal is damaged.
11. Discard the filter and install a new filter and spring.
12. Install the oil return filter box cover and tighten the bolt to 49N.m.
