AC motor reducers are mainly used continuously for power, so the design focuses on high allowable torque, long life, low noise, and a wide variety of reduction ratio products.


1. Orthogonal shaft reducer

The orthogonal shaft type reducer is an easy-to-use product because it can be installed in a limited space and can reduce the use of couplings and other power transmission components (hollow shaft reducer). Our company's orthogonal shaft type reducers include orthogonal shaft and hollow shaft reducers using eccentric bevel gears, worm gears or helical gears, and orthogonal and real shaft reducers.


1). Off-axis bevel gear

By using an off-axis bevel gear on the motor shaft, a gear larger than the output shaft can be configured to increase the output torque. In addition, depending on the reduction ratio, the number of reduction stages can be reduced. Due to the complex meshing of off-axis bevel gears, the backlash and meshing position between the gears need to be precisely adjusted. Therefore, the already assembled reduction motor cannot separate the motor part and the reduction gear part.

2). Off-axis bevel gear

A conical gear that drives between staggered shafts and has a curved tooth direction.

 3).Worm gear

This gear has the same history as spur gears, but due to difficulty in processing and low efficiency, its usable uses are quite limited compared to spur gears. However, our company has taken advantage of its advantages of using the rotating shaft as a right angle and obtaining a large reduction ratio, and improved it to enlarge the leading angle, thus greatly improving its efficiency compared with ordinary worm gears. Now they have been officially commercialized. Power is transmitted by a screw-shaped worm gear with one or more teeth and a worm gear that meshes with it.

4).Helical gear

The helical gear alone is just an ordinary helical reducer. However, for general parallel-axis helical gears, their mutual torsion angles are equal, and the torsion direction gears also mesh with each other, while the torsion angles of helical gears are designed so that the shaft parts are at right angles to each other. Since helical gears only have point contact, they are generally used for lighter load applications. For this reason, our company's right-angled shaft reducers mainly feature low reduction ratios.

5).Helical gear

Helical gears use helical gears to create axes that are offset at right angles to each other (double axes that do not intersect or be parallel).


2. Parallel shaft reducer

Our company's parallel shaft reducers use spur gears and helical gears (helical gears). In particular, helical gears (helical gears) are used to reduce noise and increase strength.


1).Spur gear

A cylindrical gear whose tooth direction is parallel to the axis.

2).Helical gear

A cylindrical gear with a helical tooth direction. Compared with spur gears, they have a higher meshing ratio, so they are less noisy and stronger.

However, since loads are applied in the axial direction, care is required during design.

3).GV reducer (KⅡS series, KⅡ series, US2 series, DSC series)

GV reducer aims to achieve low noise by improving the rigidity of the reducer housing, further improving gear processing technology, and high-precision assembly technology. By using high-strength carburized and quenched gears and large shaft diameter bearings, it can achieve an allowable torque that is 2 to 3 times that of the original GN-K reducer, and achieve a rated life of 10,000 hours.

4).GN-K reducer (world standard K series, SMK series, torque motor)

Our company uses helical gears for the GN-K reducer in order to achieve low noise for the motor pinion gear and the gear meshing with it, which have the greatest impact on noise.
