The wiper system consists of a wiper blade, which is a part of the wiper blade. Wiper (Windshield/ Wiper) refers to the chip structure installed in front of the windshield. It consists of a wiper motor, reducer, four-bar linkage, wiper arm spindle, wiper blade assembly, etc. Its main function is to clean the windshield Rain, snow and dust obstruct the view.
The boneless wiper itself is composed of four components: wiper strip, boneless wiper steel blade, wiper sheath and plastic parts. The steel blade in the boneless wiper uses a whole conductive steel strip to disperse the pressure so that all parts of the wiper blade are evenly stressed to achieve the effect of reducing water marks and scratches. The bracket is made of stainless steel, the steel sheet is carbon steel and the length is between 10-28 inches, the thickness is 0.80~0.90 mm, and the width is generally 7.00~14.00 mm. The outer layer of the steel sheet is wrapped with an electroplating layer to make it more rust-resistant.
Wipers, also known as wipers, water dials, windshield wipers or windshield wipers, are devices used to wipe away raindrops and dust attached to the vehicle windshield to improve the driver's visibility and increase driving safety. Cars almost everywhere have windshield wipers because they are required by law. Vehicles such as hatchbacks and SUVs also have rear window wipers. In addition to cars, wipers are also installed on other means of transportation, such as trains and trams. Some construction equipment, such as cranes, are also equipped with wipers.
