The engineering machinery air conditioning system can be divided into two subsystems: the refrigeration system and the electronic control system. The refrigeration system is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, electronic fan, dry filter, expansion valve, evaporator, blower, circulation pipeline, refrigerant, lubricating oil, etc. The electronic control system mainly consists of batteries, ignition switches, fuses, air conditioning switches, resistors, temperature control switches, pressure switches, compressors, electromagnetic clutches, relays, etc.
Swash plate compressors are commonly used in engineering machinery air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Its function is: on the one hand, it maintains the flow of refrigerant in the system; on the other hand, it pressurizes the vaporized refrigerant to form liquid refrigerant so that it can release heat after decompression in the condenser.
The main faults of the compressor are low refrigerant pressure, electromagnetic clutch failure to engage, main shaft oil seal leakage, and bearing abnormal noise. When the refrigerant pressure is low and there is no obvious temperature difference between the compressor inlet and exhaust port, it is usually due to damage to the inlet and exhaust valves or internal wear of the cylinder. In this case, the compressor should be replaced. When the electromagnetic clutch does not pull in, you should first measure whether the electromagnetic clutch coil resistance is 4 to 8 Ω, otherwise the electromagnetic clutch coil should be replaced; if the resistance meets the requirements, then measure the output voltage of the pressure switch, temperature control switch, air conditioning switch, etc. If the voltage does not meet the requirements, the relevant parts should be repaired or replaced. When the spindle oil seal leaks, just replace the spindle oil seal. When abnormal noise occurs in the compressor bearings, new parts should be replaced.
