The common rail system refers to the closed-loop fuel supply composed of diesel fuel from the fuel tank, being sucked out by the gear pump, through the oil-water separator, through the gear pump, to the diesel fine filter, to the high-pressure pump, common rail pipe, injector, and together with the sensor and ECU. system, a fuel supply method that completely separates the generation of injection pressure and the injection process from each other.
Diesel filter
The diesel filter consists of two stages of filters. The first stage is an oil-water separator, also called a pre-filter, at the front end of the gear pump. The latter stage is a diesel fine filter, also called the main filter, at the rear end of the gear pump. High-end diesel fine filters are basically monopolized by foreign capital and joint ventures, especially those that meet the requirements of high-pressure common rail engines with emission levels above National III. The supporting equipment of main engine plants are almost all imported products from foreign companies or produced in domestic investment factories of foreign-funded enterprises. , there are also national brands entering the main engine supporting equipment, such as Duffet in Suzhou Industrial Park. High-pressure pump
The high-pressure pump compresses the fuel to a system pressure of up to 1450bar. The fuel then passes through the high-pressure pipe into the tubular high-pressure fuel accumulator (rail). In the high-pressure pump, the fuel is compressed by three radially arranged pistons, and the angle between the pistons is 120°. Each cycle performs three delivery strokes. Since each revolution produces three pressure strokes, only a low peak driving torque is generated, so the force on the pump drive remains uniform. The power that drives the oil pump to rise is proportional to the pressure set in the common rail and the speed of the oil pump (oil delivery volume).

Used to store high-pressure diesel, reduce fluctuations, and control injection pressure.
