Diesel filter
The diesel filter consists of two stages of filters. The first stage is an oil-water separator, also called a pre-filter, at the front end of the gear pump. High-end diesel fine filters are basically monopolized by foreign capital and joint ventures, especially those that meet the requirements of high-pressure common rail engines with emission levels above National III. High-pressure pump
The high-pressure pump compresses the fuel to a system pressure of up to 1450bar. The fuel then passes through the high-pressure pipe into the tubular high-pressure fuel accumulator (rail). In the high-pressure pump, the fuel is compressed by three radially arranged pistons, and the angle between the pistons is 120°. Each cycle performs three delivery strokes. Since each revolution produces three pressure strokes, only a low peak driving torque is generated, so the force on the pump drive remains uniform. The power that drives the oil pump to rise is proportional to the pressure set in the common rail and the speed of the oil pump (oil delivery volume).
