1. Fuel supply pressure failure: There are many reasons for fuel supply pressure failure: the fuel pump motor is aging (replace the fuel pump). Due to the aging of the internal drive coil, the rotation is weak. In this situation, the fault can only be solved by replacing the fuel pump motor;
2. The filter at the bottom of the fuel pump is clogged (clean the filter). There is a coarse filter at the bottom of the fuel pump, which is a device for fuel filtration. If the blockage is serious, it will cause poor oil inflow and the general pressure will be low. Cleaning the filter will solve the problem. solve;
3. The return valve inside the fuel pump is damaged (replace the fuel pump assembly). There is a return valve inside the fuel pump to prevent the pipeline pressure from being damaged due to excessive pressure. If the return valve is broken, it will start at a very low pressure. Relieve the pressure, so that normal fuel supply pressure cannot be guaranteed. Only by replacing the fuel pump assembly can the adjustment be solved.
4. Fuel injector failure solution: Place the needle valve assembly in waste engine oil and heat it until it boils and smokes, then take it out, use pliers padded with soft cloth to hold the tail of the needle valve and slowly move it, pull it out and dip it in clean engine oil, and let it The needle valve is repeatedly moved and ground in the valve body until the needle valve can slowly withdraw from the valve body when the needle valve assembly is turned upside down. If the injector installation test fails, the needle valve assembly should be replaced.
5. End face wear of the needle valve body: The end face of the needle valve body is impacted by the frequent reciprocating motion of the needle valve, and pits will gradually form over time, thereby increasing the needle valve lift and affecting the normal operation of the injector.
Solution: The needle valve body can be clamped to a grinder to grind the end face, and then grind it on the glass plate with fine abrasive paste.
6. The needle valve and needle valve hole guide surface are worn
Solution: When the injection time is delayed too much, the locomotive cannot even run. At this time, the needle valve assembly should be replaced.
7. Oil dripping from the fuel injector
Solution: The fuel injector can be disassembled, and a little chromium oxide fine grinding paste can be applied to the head of the needle valve (be careful not to get it in the needle valve hole) to grind the cone surface, then wash it with diesel and put it into the fuel injector for testing. . If it still fails, the needle valve assembly needs to be replaced.
