The new generation of SY65W National IV machine is newly upgraded around "new power", "new shape" and "new technology". New upgrade, excellent performance
1. Power system upgrade: Equipped with imported engine, the power is strong. Using turbo technology, greater output power and torque, making the machine more powerful. Using high-pressure common rail technology, ECU flexibly and precisely controls fuel injection to ensure excellent power and economy.
2. Hydraulic system improvement: Equipped with electronically controlled load-sensitive hydraulic system, electronically controlled variable pump + load-sensitive main valve, the flow is adjusted by controlling the current, with high sensitivity and fast response. Independently developed a constant power algorithm to achieve efficient matching of engine/pump/valve, and the overall energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine operation increased by 5%. Reasonably optimize the power distribution of the main pump, increase the power of the driving mode, and increase the driving speed by 11%.
3. Upgraded boom stick: The thickness of the boom reinforcement plate is increased to 6mm, which has higher strength. The rear support and center support of the boom adopt forgings to avoid local welding stress concentration and improve durability. The front end of the stick is made of wear-resistant plate, which prolongs the service life. The shaft sleeve adopts laser cladding technology, which is more wear-resistant.
4. Transmission system improvement: Imported drive axle and gearbox are adopted, with a load capacity of up to 8 tons, higher reliability, and an 11% increase in driving speed. The re-matched transmission speed ratio is perfectly combined with the hydraulic system.
5. Control system upgrade: Equipped with an air-conditioning self-inspection alarm system to improve operational safety and maintenance convenience. The touch screen has added an automatic brightness adjustment function, which is more user-friendly.
6. Motor optimization: High-voltage independent variable performance optimization improves the speed stability of high-speed driving on slopes.
