The headlight is used to illuminate the front of the forklift to ensure that the operator can clearly see obstacles and work areas ahead.
1. Confirm the model, specification and quantity of the lighting equipment, and select appropriate brackets, fixed bases and other installation components as needed.
2. In the crane cab, find a suitable installation location, usually in the center of the cab top or on both sides. After determining the installation location, mark the location.
3. Install the bracket and fixing base of the lighting equipment according to the marked positions to ensure that they are solid and reliable and will not become loose due to mechanical vibration.
4. Connect the lighting equipment wire ends to the power line inside the cab. Before connecting the wires, be sure to press the power source to make sure the power line is normal.
5. After installation, test to ensure the lighting equipment is working properly.
1. Follow local safety regulations and ensure that all wires and accessories are far enough away from mechanical parts to avoid possible hazards.
2. Determine the scope of use of lighting equipment to ensure that it can effectively cover the cab.
3. If LED lighting equipment is installed, clean the dust and dirt at the installation location before installation to ensure good heat dissipation.
4. During the installation process, be sure to wear safety gloves to avoid injury from touching sharp or liquid objects.
5. After installation is complete, make necessary tests and adjustments to ensure the lighting equipment is working properly.
