1. Structural composition of solenoid valve
Crane solenoid valve is composed of electromagnet, valve body, control chamber, spring and seals. The electromagnet is the core part of the entire solenoid valve and is the key component responsible for regulating the opening and closing of the valve. The valve body is the housing of the solenoid valve and the load-bearing part of the valve. The control room is responsible for controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. The spring is used to maintain the normal working state of the solenoid valve and help the solenoid valve close quickly. Seals are used to ensure the sealing of the solenoid valve.
2. Working principle of solenoid valve
When the crane needs to work, the control system will send a signal to the solenoid valve. After the solenoid valve receives the signal, the electromagnet will open or close the valve under the action of electromagnetic force. Specifically, when the electromagnet is excited by an electric current, it generates a magnetic field. This magnetic field compresses the valve's spring and pushes the valve open, allowing oil to flow in the valve; when the electric current stops, the electromagnet's magnetic field will disappear, and at this time the valve will close due to the action of the spring.
3. The important role of solenoid valves in cranes
The solenoid valve in the crane is mainly used to control the flow of oil and thereby control the movement of equipment such as the boom. Therefore, the quality of the solenoid valve directly affects the working efficiency and safety of the crane. If the solenoid valve fails, it may cause the crane to fail to work properly or even cause a dangerous situation.
4. How to maintain the solenoid valve to extend its service life
1). Clean the dust and dirt on the solenoid valve regularly
2). Check whether there is any sign of oil leakage at the solenoid valve and deal with it in time
3). Check the wiring of the solenoid valve and confirm whether it is tight and in good contact.
4). Regularly check whether the spring of the solenoid valve has failed and replace it if necessary.
5). Be careful not to exert excessive force on the solenoid valve to avoid damage.
