Crane wheel sets are generally mainly composed of wheels, shafts, bearings, seat covers, blank covers, end covers and other major parts. Among them, the quality of wheel forgings is particularly important. Generally, large-tonnage rail lifting equipment uses forgings in wheel selection. For example: port machinery and cranes for wharfs, electric flat cars for metallurgical equipment, bucket wheel machines and conveyors for mining equipment, and coke pushers and coke blockers for chemical equipment. Commonly used materials for crane wheel forgings include: 45#, 60#, 65Mn, 40Cr, 42CrMo, etc.
1. According to the nature of the wheel: single rim, double rim, regardless of rim.
2. According to the driving mode: driving wheel, passive wheel, driving wheel, driven wheel and other names.
Cranes will inevitably encounter wheel axle damage during use. The main cause of bearing damage is wear. Poor lubrication is the main factor causing wear. The prevention method is to re-lubricate the bearings regularly, that is, add grease or oil. How to maintain the
(1) Maintenance of journal
(2) Repair of cracks
(3) Maintenance of rolling bearings
(4) Inspection of pulley bearing clearance
(5) Shaft key clearance inspection
(6) The ovality and conicity of the journal after overhaul should not be greater than 0.03mm.
(7) Use a magnetic or ultrasonic flaw detector to check the shaft. It must not be effective on the shaft and the scratch depth must not exceed 0. 03mm.
(8) An axial gap of 00-0.1m is allowed between the inner and outer rings of round bearings. The bearing gland adjustment interval is within the range of 50-5-15m
