Most construction machinery uses turbocharged engines, so when the turbocharger fails, the failure symptoms and causes are the same as the air system clogging failure.
Remove the intake pipe from the turbocharger, expose the supercharger impeller, and see if it can be moved. If it can be moved easily, it proves that the supercharger is normal; otherwise, the supercharger is supercharged. Device failure. Check whether there is excessive clearance on the supercharger impeller shaft (shake the impeller up and down, and there should be a maximum clearance of no more than 3mm, which is the normal range). If it is found that the impeller has a large clearance, the turbocharger needs to be replaced. Observe whether the supercharger impeller blades are broken, worn, or deformed, and observe whether there are scratches on the periphery of the impeller, inside the supercharger housing, and whether the supercharger is swept. If the blades are broken or the bore is swept, the turbocharger should be repaired or replaced.
1. When the diesel engine is running at full load, the relationship between the fuel configuration value on the ET, the rated fuel limit value and the FRC fuel limit value should be: fuel configuration value - rated fuel limit value; fuel configuration value; if the fuel configuration value is equal to If the rated fuel limit value is less than the FRC fuel limit value, it means that the electronic components are working normally; otherwise, proceed to the next step.
2. Check whether the boost pressure and atmospheric pressure on the ET are normal. When the diesel engine stops running, the boost pressure should be OkPa.
